At the Miri bypass, the Miri Sentral Bus Terminal development is now in progress.
It would serve as a landmark and a transportation centre for the central, southern, and northern regions, connecting Brunei, Limbang, Lawas, and Sabah, as well as Sibu, Kuching, and Pontianak.
The present Pujut bus terminal will eventually be moved to the brand-new Miri Sentral Bus Terminal.
