AirAsia has begun strictly enforcing its 7kg carry-on baggage limit.
AirAsia’s carry-on baggage policy allows each passenger to bring:
1. One cabin bag – Maximum size: 56cm (H) x 36cm (W) x 23cm (D) (fits in the overhead compartment).
2. One small personal item – Maximum size: 40cm (H) x 30cm (W) x 10cm (D) (fits under the seat in front).
Total weight limit: 7kg (combined for both items).
If the combined weight of your personal item and cabin luggage exceeds 7kg, you will be required to purchase additional baggage allowance on the spot via:
