This is a Coke collections restaurant with authentic taste and old memories. Ang’s Roasted Eatery 洪记烧腊, it’s an old brand roast meat store is moved from the old market in Miri (next to the KFC in the old Miri town area). It’s now located in front of the main road of the Pelita commercial centre, it is also nearby to the Servay Hypermarket in Pelita Miri.

今天来个重口味又有老旧记忆的可乐收藏餐厅【洪记烧腊.潮卤】这家烧腊老店从美里的旧菜市场里，到后来的旧市区KFC隔壁，在到现在的百利达商业店大路前，也在servay hyper market 同排。
这家店已经经过了两三代了，也是美里人的回忆！现在年轻的老板也在不断地创新与研究更舒适和美味的环境，老板也为了自家的品牌烧腊也去了广州实习，把更好的味道带回美里家乡。
这家店名已经有40年左右的历史，而且老板特别推荐他的烧鸭，我个人也特别喜欢他家的烧鸭，广式烧鸭，味道非常非常的好！当然还有其他美食，比如古晋炸面，港式面条，干捞面等等，都可以搭配他家的烧腊，而且这家店里四面八方都是新旧的可口可乐摆设非常壮观，也是个非常不多的打卡点！
