This is the Deep Fried Dumpling that we ordered as a side dish at Bat Kut Tea. Cafe Miri @ RM8.00. These dumplings came with thin-skinned and pan-fried. The inside the dumpling has a lot of ingredients we could hardly identify.
The pastry wrap is crunchy at the moment it’s still hot and delicious to be eaten with tomato or chili sauce. So, go for it if you’ll like to try this dish at Bat Kut Tea Cafe Miri (药炖肉骨茶), Pelita area Miri.
