Hey everyone, exciting news for Miri folks! The Miri Sentral Bus Terminal is almost ready to roll! Located along the Miri bypass, this new hub is set to be a game-changer for transportation in the area.
Think of it as a one-stop-shop to catch buses to different parts of Miri and beyond. Whether you’re heading north, south, or even crossing borders to Brunei or Sabah, Miri Sentral will have you covered.
It’s not just about getting from A to B though. This terminal is going to be a landmark in itself, a bustling hub of activity where travelers can connect and communities can come together.
It will serve as a central and transportation hub in Miri, connecting Brunei, Limbang, Lawas, Sabah, as well as Sibu, Kuching, and Bintulu. It’s been said that this main station will have 12 ticket counters, 10 shops, 21 bus platforms, two cafés, 12 taxi stands, waiting areas, and washrooms.
So get ready to say goodbye to long waits and confusion about where to catch your ride. Miri Sentral is on its way to make traveling a whole lot easier and more convenient for everyone. Stay tuned for the grand opening in April!
