Losing your passport or ID card and having to take leave to report it at the police station, followed by handling tedious procedures, can be a hassle! Now, with the E-reporting online system, you can easily resolve this without visiting the police station. Submit your report and print the report slip from home.
Simply visit https://ereporting.rmp.gov.my, register an account, fill in your details and case information, submit it, and you’ll receive the report slip via email for download and printing.
The E-reporting system is applicable for:
• Loss of personal identification documents: such as ICs, passports, etc.
• Loss of personal items: such as bank cards, mobile phones, laptops, etc.
• Maid runaway cases: for canceling work permits.
• Loss or damage of documents or property due to natural disasters.
Note: Cases involving theft or robbery must be reported in person at the nearest police station.
Additionally, you can track case progress using the online system (SSO) without repeatedly visiting the police station. Visit http://sso.rmp.gov.my to check the status and download reports.

E-reporting 系统适用于以下情况：

注意：被盗或抢劫案件需亲自到警局报案。
