The Mother’s Day dinner tonight was superb in terms of quality and prompt service.
The braised pork trotters and mixed vegetables were delectable, but the steamed Chaozhou fish was the highlight dish due to its remarkable freshness, tenderness, juiciness, texture, and flavor.
The chef’s exceptional culinary skills deserve immense credit for making the evening unforgettable. The dining experience was truly wonderful.
