Singapore’s The Ascott Limited is set to construct and operate a premium hotel and condominium in Sarawak.
The project, located on Jalan Tabuan, Kuching will feature two 27-storey towers. Tower One will house 64 luxury condos, while Tower Two will offer 213 hotel rooms.
Both towers will be connected by clubhouse floors at levels 10 and 18, catering to condo and hotel residents. Positioned near major business, tourism, and shopping destinations, the project aligns with the latest green building standards.
HSL, the developer, is enthusiastic about partnering with Ascott to bring Langit Citadines to life. Construction is slated to commence this year, with an estimated completion timeframe of two-and-a-half to three years.
